Hospice East Bay and Friends of Hospice Rossmoor are sponsoring another big fundraising event in the Rossmoor community, a Motown Concert featuring the group Top Shelf. Top Shelf will perform all the great Motown hits at the Event Center on Thursday, August 11, at 7 p.m.
